User Invitation Process

  1. Navigate to Users & Groups under Company Settings. Click on Users Tabs and then on Invite Users.
  2. Enter one or multiple email addresses.
  3. Select one or more groups for the new users.
  4. Send invitations. Users will receive an email with login details.

Resend Invite

If there is any problem in the invitation of the user and you want to send another invitation, you can do that.

  1. Navigate to Users & Groups under Company Settings. Click on the invite tab.
  2. Select the user you want to send invite to and click on Resend Invite button.

Remove User

  1. If you want to delete the user, then navigate to to Users & Groups under Company Settings. Click on the invite tab.
  2. Select the remove button in front of the user you want to remove.
